This Shabbos: Leizer Galperin’s Sixth Birthday – Jews Continue To Say More Tehillim
This Shabbos, the 6th of Menachem Av, Shabbos Chazon, marks the sixth birthday of young Leizer Galperin, who was critically injured by a fire in his home in Kiryat Malachi’s Nachlat Har Chabad community. The family asks everyone to give charity in honor of this day, when “the particular spiritual source of a person's soul shines powerfully” and to recite Chapter 7 of Tehillim, Leizer’s new personal chapter of Psalms.
